Processing Time  

Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before shipment. During launches, restocks, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Pre-Orders / Made-to-Order Items  

Some items may be available for pre-order or made-to-order. Please allow 2–3 weeks for production and shipping on these items. Estimated timelines will be noted on the product page when applicable.

Shipping Rates  

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery Times  

Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on carrier and destination. Standard U.S. shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Tracking Orders  

Tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout once your order has shipped.

Incorrect Addresses  

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Savagely Saved is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages  

Once an order has been marked delivered by the shipping carrier, Savagely Saved is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

Damaged Orders  

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item/package so we can review and assist.
